We are quite excited about this dinner party. Chef Saul Schwartz will present his 4 course menu first, followed by the 4 course offering from Chef Efrain Cuevas and the Clandestino crew. It's a creole affair and you are invited to be the dinner guest and the judge. Taste each dish and rate each one on taste, appearance, and cajun factor.

- Pork Cheek and Apple Ravioli, Vanilla Butter Poached Shrimp, Natural Jus

- Summer Melon Bloody Mary w/ Pickled Summer Vegetables and Grilled Louisiana Shrimp
- Cajun Pasta: Housemade Fettucini w/ Andouille, Wild Shrimp, Crawfish, and Catfish
- (Pastry by Chef Stacey Whitney) Coconut Shrimp Macaroon, Praline Ice Cream, Cayenne Blueberry Sauce
We will be using locally grown produce, homemade andouille, and wild shrimp purchased directly from New Orleans shrimpers Kay and Ray Brandhurst of the White Boot Brigade.
